Cordovan Performance, formerly known as Sällma, was created in 1983 as we are of the view that change work in its traditional form rarely leads to satisfactory, lasting results; regardless of what kind of change is sought - changes in business direction, organisational changes or changes in training requirements.
Our working model is based on the interplay between all parties involved within an organisation, and the causes and effects between the factors which influence results in both the short and the long term. When an understanding of the issue as a whole is created, this also provides insights into how important the contributions are of each and every staff member.
We currently have forty or so people working at Cordovan Performance, of whom some 30 are consultants working in organisational and skills development, change management and recruitment. You will find us in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
