Mats Erasmie is a graduate economist, with a background as a salesperson, marketing manager and CEO.
His work at Cordovan Performance often involves strategic change processes in which Mats sometimes acts as a sounding board and other times as a trainer. He has many years of experience of setting up and running in-house "schools" within major corporations or chains, or in close cooperation with a supplier.
Mats has also found the time to write three books with associated training/practice packages.
