We build structure capital that makes “invisible” values visible.
We help our clients by increasing their emphasis on customer value expectations, making increased profits, creating learning organizations with clear strategic focus and transferring short term activities into long term, more valuable, activities.
Our vision is to create a business culture where the co-workers priority is to share their knowledge, learn from each other, challenge, document, gather opinions and information from different branches and markets.
The goal is to turn short term activities into long term activities and create successful growth for both ourselves as well as for our clients. We call this building structural capital.
The structural capital is divided between external and internal elements. The internal structural capital consists of working processes and tools, instruments for measurement, sharing of knowledge, patents, innovation etc. For example, the goal is that our clients should feel that we always find solutions that optimize outcomes, and that we know are both best practice and can be implemented correctly.
The external structural capital contains brand, customer and supplier relations, together with the relevant networks of cooperating partners. We work methodically to improve and define the functional and emotional values that our clients bring to these relationships, with the goal of increasing long term profits and growth. The internal structural capital consists of market communication, brand development, business development, product launches, communication platforms, web based communication solutions, business strategies, brand strategies, e-marketing, e-trade solutions, intranet, corporate websites, CRM, market development, sales processes, business culture and business ethics.
