Johan Kjörk – experiences include leading and developing organizations within new media, business development, sales and marketing from various industries. He has also led complex change processes for small and large companies as well as idea driven organizations.
Johan’s focus is to support companies through strategic processes leading to change. By managing all-embracing perspectives such as vision and business idea and clearly show how they should affect business development, process development, internal/external communication and individual competence development – prerequisites for lasting change and continuous learning are created. Great emphasis is put on setting clear goals and form structures for concrete follow-up and evaluation.
