Pia Strandh

Pia Strandh is a licensed psychologist, having trained as a researcher in occupational and organisational psychology, and she has been working as a consultant since the early 1990s. She was previously employed at the Department of Psychology at the University of Gothenburg. Pia has also worked as a sports psychologist.

Pia's work at Cordovan Performance involves executive team development and manager development in trade and industry and public administration. She works at individual, team and organisation levels. Team development and recruitment and selection are other areas in which Pia works.
