Kjellåke Bergman is a graduate economist with a background in sales, marketing and corporate management. He has 30 years' experience as a consultant and manager (CEO) of target-oriented change and implementation work.
Kjellåke holds a number of “authorisation tools” (DiSC, Situation Adapted Leadership, Accura, and others) for the purpose of being efficient in the changing processes.
His work as a consultant focuses mainly on implementation of development and change processes in companies. The purpose is to make companies more competitive through increased employee performance (practical target management and development of business, managers, sales and service).
