Cordovan Performance is part of a cooperation project known as Ledarakademin: the Manager Academy.
Ledarakademin is an organisation for skills development in cooperation, training middle managers and foremen since 1999. At present, there are some twenty partner and member companies in Western Sweden. Cordovan Performance, formerly Sällma, holds primary responsibility for the content and implementation of these courses, and the ongoing development work of the Academy is managed by an appointed steering committee.
